So many podcasts are an awesome use of bandwidth. Let's face it, this is radio in a ramped-up format. There are thousands to choose from, but I have selected just 5 of some of my most Meditative and thought-provoking podcasts for you to try. This was NOT an easy choice. Some of these podcasts help you sleep better, feel relaxed; others make you more mindful, and feel empowered. These are the same ideas embodied by yoga. In no particular order, here they go! These are my top five podcasts and here's why....
NPR's Krista Tippet has honed her skills as a soul-stirring thinker and interviewer over many decades. In On Being, she brings great minds to the table and asks provocative questions for a good listen. Tippett says her show aims to answer questions about humanity and examines how people want to live. Oprah Winfrey's Super Soul Sunday sessions tend to be dynamic and thought-provoking. I always leave her sessions wanting to investigate further and to do better. I really want to be my best self after viewing or listening. Check out these links:

The Daily Meditation Podcast is is a brilliant way to remember what’s important and to center myself. Each day subscribers are sent a quote, often accompanied by a picture and relaxing music. I love being lulled to sleep by this podcast.
This last one is not so much a podcast, as it is, an app. The Calm app is very versatile. From the sounds of waterfalls and crickets to celebrities and renowned thinkers providing insight on daily living, this will indeed lead you to relaxation. Download the app to your phone or another device for less stress in your life!
