In 2019 I was diagnosed with an inflammation of the muscles - Myositis (polymyositis and dermatomyositis). My muscle tends to tighten along with other symptoms. However, yoga has increased my flexibility, improved muscle strength, and helps strengthen my immune system.

Karama does her best to help all students find a sense of ease and mindfulness in each posture; I personally am getting a lot of benefits.
